Our Family
Our human family is easily outnumbered by dogs but we have endless love to give! We live in Chesterfield, Virginia on a little lot of land with ample space for the dogs to run and play. We are a small breeder, but we take great pride in our breeding, boarding, and grooming services for dogs.
Gracie
Hi, my name is Gracie and I am 20 years old. I currently am a pre-vet student at Virginia State University and I hope to attend vet school in the coming years. My ultimate life goal is to become a veterinarian and open my own vet business one day that can be linked to our breeding, boarding, and grooming business. I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of the breeding, whelping, weaning, and raising puppies and I am always eager to learn more. I run the social media aspect of Doodling Around, so its probably me your communicating with, and I also work as a vet assistant at a local vet clinic. I have great passion for the various dogs we board and groom!
Sharon
Hi, my name is Sharon and I am the leader of this pack. Many years ago, we participated in rescuing and fostering dogs. The story of Doodling Around really started after we lost a very special rescue dog, and I decided to explore producing healthy puppies and putting them in good homes. At this point, I felt my daughters were of age to learn true responsibility through breeding dogs and raising puppies. While I gifted myself a standard poodle, Bailey, Gracie got a golden retriever, Maddie, and April got a labradoodle, Snickers, and that's the start of Doodling Around.
